Our team of professional artists guide students though a creative journey. Introducing a variety of artistic techniques in fun and interactive workshops, students then choose an area of focus for their main project. Creativity and self-expression are encouraged and supported by the teaching team, with each student getting the chance to show their work at the end of the course.

Students will develop their skills and understanding of different media, materials and techniques during workshops and build the confidence to conceptualise and complete their own project.

Students will be inspired by the majestic surroundings at Charterhouse School while also drawing inspiration from visits to famous art galleries and exhibitions during the course.

The art department at Charterhouse is a lively, popular and creative hub of activity with excellent facilities and equipment, ensuring pupils have all the tools they need to realise their creative vision.
