Our Dance course invites students to explore movement, creativity and collaboration through contemporary dance. Each session combines fun warm-ups, core technique, and creative tasks that build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Students will experiment with choreography, partner work, and improvisation, using music, images and emotions as inspiration.  Dancers will work in groups to develop original routines and reflect on their progress throughout. There is also the chance to collaborate with students from our Art and Photography courses, capturing movement in exciting new ways.

The course ends with a relaxed studio sharing where students can showcase their work in a supportive environment. Whether new to dance or more experienced, everyone is welcome to take part and express themselves through movement.
